If you have a 17″ laptop and a lot of photo gear you’ll have for sure difficulties in finding the perfect backpack. And of course no backpack is perfect for everything. I always wanted to have a backpack that fits in-between the two extremes of a light and sporty camera backpack and a massive one and finally came across the Shape Shifter™ Backpack – Think Tank ($249.75).

What I love about the concept of this backpack is, that you really have the ability to shift shapes. If you want to travel light, just pull a zipper at the bottom of the backpack and it will streamline your backpack to be only 3 inches thick and vice versa.

Here’s another shortlist what I really appreciate about the Shape Shifter Backpack
• Plenty of pockets for accessories
• Lockable zippers
• Smooth shoulder straps
• Neoprene pockets for cameras and lenses
• Air flow system on back for breathability
• Seam-sealed, removable rain cover included

The ThinkTank Shape Shifter is by far my favorite camera backpack, because it really expands and contracts to fit my equipment. ❚
